we may contact you if we are out of stock or have a question. We will also try and email you, but our emails often get caught up in peoples spam or junk filters. Be aware, that we ship in stock items only and do not backorder. You are only charged for what ships. We make every effort to keep the website updated with current stock status, but it doesn't always work that way. You can always call us (847-550-9999) to check stock of an item, and then complete your order online.

We use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (for better or worse) to ship orders.
Overall, they have been pretty good with our packages. As the clock winds down, Express Mail will be the only option for holiday delivery. They are the only ones who will deliver on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (depending on where you live).
