Holiday Shipping Update from Sunshine Daydream

The clock is tickin' but there is still time to get your Grateful Dead and hippie holiday gifts and have them in time for Chanukah or Christmas. 

The elves at Sunshine Daydream are working day and night to get your orders out, but the sooner you order, the better. Supplies of many items in our web store are limited this year, and once we run out, that's it until after the new year.

Orders will now have to go via Priority Mail to make it in time. In stock orders placed by 4 PM Central, will ship the same day. We're located in the Chicago area, and can get your order to you quicker than some of the other guys. We have 3 pickups a day from the post office, so the earlier in the day that you order, the better chance to get it out on the earlier truck. Priority shipping and our Midwest location, put us on either coast in just a few days. Priority Mail is a 2-3 day service, but is NOT guaranteed, although they have been pretty good this year, with our packages at least. The only guaranteed way to get your order is by choosing express mail. It's a 1-2 day service and IT IS guaranteed. It's also very expensive, but no one said to wait till the last minute...

We also offer FREE priority mail shipping on all orders over $100.

Black Friday at Sunshine Daydream Chicago

We hope you had a grateful Thanksgiving and stuffed yourself silly. The crew here at Sunshine Daydream sure did! It's been a long year and we have a lot to be thankful for.

The insane time known as "Black Friday" is upon us. While we don't have any $79 high def TV's, or $3 coffee makers, we didn't want to be left out of the craziness, so Sunshine Daydream Chicago is having it's own version of "Black Friday" sales. Our sales will last all weekend long, so need to get up at the ass crack of dawn, but if you do, we will be open at 9:00 am on Friday & Saturday, and 10:00 am on Sunday. Can you believe it, 9am?

Hanukkah is next week, and Christmas is less than a month away and we have great gift ideas on sale all weekend long.

Grateful Dead Alpaca Hoodies

 

One of the coolest Dead related things we have seen in a while. Every once in a while I'll be at a show and see someone wearing one of these Grateful Dead Alpaca Hoodies. I finally got myself one and in the process I was able to get some extra to sell in the shop. 

We don't have a lot of them and I am not sure if we will be able to get anymore before Christmas. But these are the shit! 100% baby alpaca wool from a cruelty-free alpaca farm in Ecuador. The front has the dancing bears and the back has a huge Steal Your Face design, and boy are they toasty warm! It has 2 side pockets and zips up. They come in a few different colors, but we don't have all sizes in all the colors. We have so few that we are not even putting them on our website, so for now we are only going to sell them in our retail store in Lake Zurich, IL. 

Come on down to the shop and try one on. They are super soft and NOT itchy at all. This is a perfect gift for your favorite deadhead this holiday season. Sunshine Daydream Chicago has lots of new goodies coming just in time for the holidays!

Beatles Blankets

Beatles blankets. We can't keep them in stock, so we are getting more. We'll have more Beatles fleece blankets back in stock on Monday. We'll even have a couple of new designs as well. The Beatles Abbey Road woven blanket should also be back in stock on Monday. Our Beatles blankets make great Chanukah and Christmas gifts, and they'll keep you toasty warm on these frigid winter days. Lots of other great Beatles goodies are also available from our website.

We use U.S. Priority Mail which is a 2-4 day service depending on where you live. Remember, Sunshine Daydream is located in the Midwest, so we can get your orders to you sooner.
